Personal coaching is for people who want to feel more comfortable being seen, heard and experienced as themselves. You may want to become more confident speaking with others, less inhibited in unfamiliar situations or more comfortable taking up space. You may want to express your ideas and personality more freely or you may simply feel there is a more confident, spontaneous and expressive version of you that does not always appear when you need it.
The aim is not to acquire another personality. It is to give your own more room.

Workplace Workshops
Your team. Real practice. No hiding in the back row.
Our workshops bring the rehearsal room into the workplace. Using storytelling, improvisation, role-play, movement and performance exercises, we create for participants the space to practise their interaction skills and receive feedback.

Authenticity
We bridge the gap between who you are and how fully you are able to express who you are. Through practical, creative coaching inspired by the actor's craft, we explore how voice, body, attention, imagination, storytelling and genuine human connection can change the way you experience yourself and the way others experience you, because performance isn't pretending - it's expression.
Authority
Authority is about being trusted, believed and worth listening to. True authority comes from the ability to embody your existing knowledge and communicate it with confidence and conviction. We draw on actor skills - presence, voice, storytelling and connection - to teach our clients how to present their knowledge with greater fluency and credibility, and to become compelling communicators.
Eloquence
Eloquence is the art of expressing ideas with clarity and persuasive force — choosing not only the right words, but delivering them with rhythm, intention and connection. Skilled actors practise this constantly: they learn how to give language shape, how to use voice, pace, emphasis and pause, and how to make an audience feel that every word matters. We draw on these techniques to teach clients how to use voice and presence to persuade, engage and connect — whether in a presentation, a professional conversation or an everyday interaction.
